Freeze Effect Track & Field Club gives young athletes a place to learn, grow, compete, and build confidence through track and field, where every athlete is coached like family. We focus on proper technique, personal development, teamwork, and creating a supportive community while encouraging kids to enjoy multiple sports and discover what they can achieve.
