Review the four options below, then select the commitment level your family is currently considering. This selection helps us plan and does not lock your family into a final commitment.

Competition training is the same at every level: three days per week for approximately 1.5–2 hours per session. The difference is the length of the season and the required meet travel.

Month to Month

Development Club

One hour per week with no competition requirement. Athletes explore different areas of track and field while building foundational skills.

January–March

Competition—Local

Full Competition Team training with required participation in selected track meets held in the Fort Myers area.

January–May

Competition—Travel

Full Competition Team training with approximately six required meets between Fort Myers and the Tampa or Miami areas.

January–August

Competition—Championship Season

Continues beyond the regular competition season with overnight stays and extended travel across Florida, or to Texas for athletes who qualify for the AAU Junior Olympics.
